Privacy First: This app is designed with your privacy as the top priority. All media processing happens locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal information, videos, photos, or audio files.
1. Information We DO NOT Collect
Our commitment to your privacy means we do not collect the following:
- Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information.
- Media Files: Your videos, photos, audio files, and edited content never leave your device. All processing is done locally using FFmpeg.
- Usage Data: We do not track which tools you use, how often you use the app, or what files you edit.
- Location Data: The app does not access or collect your location information.
- Device Information: We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or hardware specifications.
- Analytics or Tracking: We do not use any third-party analytics services, tracking pixels, or advertising networks.
- Contacts or Calendar: The app does not access your contacts, calendar, or other personal data.
2. How the App Works
2.1 Local Processing
All video and audio editing is performed entirely on your device using the FFmpeg framework. Your files are processed locally without any upload to external servers.
2.2 File Access
The app requires access to your device's media library and file system solely to:
- Import videos, photos, and audio files you select for editing
- Save edited files to your Photos library or Files app
- Access subtitle files, overlay images, or audio tracks you choose to add
Important: The app only accesses files you explicitly select. We do not scan or access your entire library.
2.3 Permissions
The app may request the following permissions:
- Photos Library Access: To import and save media files
- Files Access: To import and export files from/to the Files app
- Music Library Access: To import audio tracks (DRM-free only)
- Camera Access: If you choose to capture new photos or videos within the app
All permissions are requested only when needed and can be managed in iOS Settings.
3. Data Storage
3.1 Local Storage
The app stores the following data locally on your device:
- Temporary Files: Intermediate processing files stored in the app's temporary directory, automatically deleted by iOS when space is needed
- Edited Files: Final outputs saved to your Photos library or Files app as you choose
- App Preferences: Settings like favorite tools, display preferences, and recent tool usage (stored using iOS UserDefaults)
- Library Items: References to saved edits in the app's library (file paths only, not the actual media)
3.2 No Cloud Storage
We do not use cloud storage services. Your files remain on your device unless you manually choose to upload them elsewhere using iOS system features (iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive, etc.).
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 No Third-Party Analytics
We do not integrate any third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.).
4.2 No Advertising
The app does not display advertisements and does not integrate advertising networks.
4.3 FFmpeg Framework
The app uses the FFmpeg framework for media processing. FFmpeg operates entirely locally on your device and does not transmit any data.
4.4 iOS System Services
The app uses standard iOS frameworks (Photos, PhotosUI, AVFoundation, UniformTypeIdentifiers) which are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policies.
5. Data Security
- Local Processing: All media processing happens on-device using iOS security features
- Sandboxed Environment: The app runs in iOS's sandboxed environment, preventing access to other apps' data
- No Network Transmission: Your media files are never transmitted over the internet
- iOS Encryption: Your device's files are protected by iOS's built-in encryption when device passcode is enabled
6. Children's Privacy
The app is rated 4+ and is safe for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, there are no special provisions required for children's privacy under COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
7. International Users
This app is available worldwide. Since all processing is done locally on your device and we do not collect or transmit data, there are no international data transfer concerns. The app complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) by design, as no personal data is collected.
8. Your Rights and Control
8.1 Data Control
You have complete control over your data:
- Import/Export: You choose which files to import and where to save exports
- Delete Anytime: Delete edited files from your Photos or Files app anytime
- Clear App Data: Delete the app to remove all app-specific data
- Manage Permissions: Control access to Photos, Files, and Music Library in iOS Settings
8.2 No Data Requests Needed
Since we don't collect your data, there's no need to request data access, portability, or deletion from us. All your data is already on your device under your control.
9. App Features and Privacy
9.1 Library Feature
The app includes a Library feature to save and organize your edited media. Library entries contain:
- File path references to media stored in your Photos or Files app
- Editing parameters (trim points, filter settings, etc.)
- Thumbnail images generated from your media
All library data is stored locally on your device and can be deleted by clearing the app's data or deleting individual library items.
9.2 Favorites & Recents
The app tracks your favorite tools and recently used tools to improve your workflow. This information is stored locally using iOS UserDefaults and is not transmitted anywhere.
9.3 Music Library Import
When you import audio from Apple Music Library, only DRM-free songs can be exported. DRM-protected content cannot be processed due to copyright protection. The app does not access your Apple Music subscription information or listening history.
10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The app does not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. When we make changes:
- The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised
- Significant changes will be communicated through the app or App Store update notes
- Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy

This app complies with:
